By signing up and paying for the Divas.Ed Pole or Aerial Instructor Training Course, I hereby agree and understand the following: 

  1. All information supplied is true and correct.  I understand that if I have given incorrect information regarding my skill level, physical ability, experience, or anything else, that it may impact my ability to complete the course, and I may lose my place in the course.  In this situation there will be no refund or partial refund or transfer of fees.
  2. I am physically well and capable of completing this course.  I am aware that there will be periods of strenuous activity throughout the course.  I will advise my instructor immediately if I have any concerns about completing any of the content, or if I believe anything I am doing could results in physical injury to myself.  I release Pole Divas Franchising Pty Ltd and any of its staff or subsidiaries from all liability should I injure myself during this course.
  3. This course involves 4 full days of face to face learning, a pre-learning online component, plus homework that is to be submitted online between the first and second weekend.  There will be an assessment at the end of this period, and if successful in passing, I will receive a ‘Pass to Shadow’ qualification.  To receive a full Divas. Ed Accreditation, I need to complete a post course shadow program and workbook within 3 months of my final face to face learning day.
  4. If I do not complete or successfully pass the assessment, that I have one attempt and up to 6 months to submit the assessment again.  If I need to attend part or all of the face to face training again to pass, extra fees may apply.
  5. Pole Divas Franchising staff or agents may take videos or photos of me during the course, and I consent to these being used for promotional purposes of Divas. Ed courses.
  6. The course is non-refundable but may be transferred to another student.  However, the other student must attend the course of the same date that I booked into and meet the pre-requisites
  7. I understand that after gaining a ‘pass to shadow’ qualification, it is my responsibility to source a studio for the shadow program and to complete my workbook.  I understand that successfully completing this course and receiving Divas. Ed Accreditation does not guarantee me a job as a pole or aerial instructor.
  8. By selecting our monthly payment plan you are agreeing to be charged each month after your initial payment for the period set out in the pricing option. The course must be paid for in full prior to accessing your online learning materials. If the course is not paid for in full by the time the in person course training commences you will not be able to attend your in person training. 

MASTERCLASSES

No refunds, however, you can transfer the class fees to another Divas Ed Master class of the same value prior to receiving your class resources.  This will be dependent on availability.  Once you have received the master class videos there is no transfer.  You will have access to these videos one month prior to the in-person training day.

Make sure you have read the prerequisites for the class.  By purchasing it you agree that you have the appropriate skills we have listed. There will be no refund if you attend and haven't got the fitness, experience, or skills to complete the whole class.
